Just go to a psychiatrist and ask them to prescribe you something.

There are plenty of antianxiety drugs. But you need to see your doctor if you want anything. Also, if it's exan issues, try some relaxation techniques etc. And your score is probably better at home b/c we can more easily recall information in the environment which we processed it. So if you study at home, you can recall better there. See if there are any other options before using any drugs, as to get any of that you'll need a prescription, and a doctor will not prescribe it on a test anxiety situation.

You don't need any anti-anxiety meds. You are just working yourself up in stress because you think you will not pass the exam because of the score differences. Remember, you have the knowledge to answer the questions that you know the answers to.
You are just making excuses for the way you are thinking and feeling about taking the exam in the center. You are also afraid of what the others will do on the test.Like you will not be up to their level of knowledge or that they will get higher scores then you will and that you will not pass the exam in the first place.

Most anti anxiety drugs are pretty sedating…especially if you aren't used to taking them. Try some relaxation exercises (such as concentrating on your breath) to calm you. Here is a website with breathing exercises:

you'll need to see a doctor, but something like Valium or Xanax may help on a short term basis.
