I didn’t get any physical symptoms except for euphoria.

im sorry to tell you that you have been misdiagnosed, you are not bipolar, you have depression coupled with an anxiety disorder. and 300 mg of lamictal is whats really setting you off balance. go to the doctor tomorrow and tell them you are not bipolar, the longer you let this go on the worse it will get trust me ive been there for 6 years with panic and depression and was also misdiagnosed. demand and SSRI and lorazepam or clonazepam. if you have any further questions ask them, i personally take paxil and lorazepam and it keeps me under control for the most part.
